The Islamic Centre for Education and Research (ICFER) is a philanthropic non-profit and Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) duly registered with the National Bureau for NGOs. It was founded in 1983 by the late Sheikh Edirisa Twaib Lutaaya and his contemporaries to serve humanity without discrimination on tribal, colour, gender, political or religious differences As a charitable organisation, our programs are designed to support government and international efforts to improve the quality of life of orphans and vulnerable people. We also respond to meet the identified and felt needs of the communities.
